It is time for sandals, right? I had this idea from last summer, just couldn’t find time to actually make them. To be honest I have my little notebook full of designs I would like to make, but it seems that days are getting shorter and shorter and I always get less and less done… and we even don’t have that good weather here. When real heat arrives (and I can’t wait for it to happen) the only thing I want to do is to stay on the beach, watch children playing and try to read a good book (ok, with children it is not easy, usually I have to re-read each page several times, because I get interrupted almost after each sentence, but that’s ok… I’ll just try)! And so, speaking about the summer – these will be perfect summer sandals for your little one – stylish, easy to make and look just like the real ones!
For sole you will need some worsted weight yarn (Medium 4), but for upper – sport weight yarn (Fine 2). Cotton yarn will work great!
And so, the pattern is available here: Etsy, Ravelry, Craftsy!
Happy crocheting!
I love these sandals! Very cute. I have purchased several of your patterns, love them! What’s your favorite brand of yarn?
