I can’t believe in less than two weeks it is Christmas! I am not ready!!! I was planning to do so many things but time is just flying away way too fast.
Since my last post I released two new patterns – for Petal Collar Cardigan and for Turban Hat.
Petal Collar Cardigan was inspired by my Halter Ruffle Dress. When I made that dress, I knew I had to make similar cardigan and so, finally here it is. My little daughter loves it. For a very long time her favorite was Sweet Little Cardigan, but the one I made for her is getting too small. So, I just had to make the new one, hoping it would become her favorite again. And it did! 🙂
Please, ignore the mess… the photo was taken just before the bedtime and around that time of the day things get really chaotic here…
As I already mentioned before I have “complicated relationship” with hats. Usually they don’t fit me well and for this reason I prefer hoodies. But… lately I saw people wearing turban hats (yes, they are trendy right now) and I though to give it a try. I LOVE this hat! It is so cosy, fits so well, covers all needed areas and still looks cute, elegant and stylish. You should give it a try! Pattern includes sizes baby to adult and I am sure it would look super cute on babies too! I made one for my daughter and hope soon to share a picture of her wearing it. Right now she has another favorite hat (pattern coming soon).
and… at the end I wanted to share this photo of my little boy wearing his Fox-Wolf hat.
This hat has a huge success here! He gets compliments about it everywhere he goes. Recently his class from school had a meeting with our mayor, and even there in town council his hat was noticed and complimented! 🙂
