For some time now I’ve been working on this new project – Mon Petit Violon Knits. As you probably know (if you are following me for awhile) I started as a knitter, I used to be a knitter rather than crocheter, and only after my first child was born I rediscovered crochet and fell in love with it. I am absolutely sure that crochet is much more practical with small kids – it is fast, you work with just one loop, it is much harder for those little helpers to destroy your work and so on. But there is a magic in knits! I almost forgot how soft knits are, how fun it can be to knit… and that clicking knitting needles… pure magic. I am not saying here that I give up crochet – absolutely not! I have a few crochet patterns now in line to be finished an listed and have one million ideas for other crochet projects. But I’ll be working on more knits as well. It is so refreshing and inspiring. So many new possibilities!
