Happy New Year! I hope you had wonderful holidays and are enjoying winter so far! We surly do!
Usually in Italy winters are quite mild and temperature doesn’t go below 0°C, even in North. But not this year! We are having really cold and windy weather and I was just freezing. I am not a winter person and usually feel cold very easily. I can’t believe that when I was young I was not wearing a hat even when it was far below 0°C, like -15°C (I know it wasn’t smart decision, but I was convinced no hat fitted me). In these days I discovered that no hat was warm enough! Especially under the wind! So I had to come up with something new! And I did! I made this Double Layer Hat with worsted weight yarn and it works so well! It keeps me really warm and it is cute! Bonus – it can be worn as a cowl too!
