Two new patterns!

Braid Tunic Dress, crochet pattern by Mon Petit Violon

I’ve got good news for you! Last week I released two new patterns and I am pretty sure you are going to love them. Well, at least I hope you will! šŸ™‚

The first one is for Braid Tunic Dress. It is a very versatile design, you can make it shorter, more like a sweater, or longer as a real dress.Ā  The texture is eye catching and braids are my favorites!

I do suggest to use for this pattern some stretchy yarns and avoid stiff 100% cotton yarn or 100% acrylic yarns. It is better to useĀ cotton blend yarns, merino wool, or acrylic blend yarns which give some stretch to the fabric.

Second one is for Berry Cardigan. I love how it turned out! I am a big fun of V necks and I am going to incorporate them more and more in my designs. Do you love V necks?

Another fun thing about this pattern is that the yoke part is worked normally, in horizontal rows, but the lower part is worked vertically. It is a really fun way to make a cardigan and it makes unusual and beautiful texture too.
